Teamwork and leadership training

On March the 14th a training workshop was held in the Study Zone center in Sadad; the workshop was under the title "Teamwork and Leadership Training", the number of participants was approximately 20 students.The training began with an ice-breaking game for acquaintance, and after that the first part included the definition of teamwork and its elements in addition to its importance and application to our daily lives. The training included several challenges that define the roles of each person in the team, and then explain the roles of the team and the elements of team success. The second part included the definition of the successful leader qualities and positive impact on the team.
