Raising awareness to face the Coronavirus Pandemic, collaboration with UNICEF

When all the usual defenses fall in the face of this invisible enemy that threatens all humanity, we must shift to new mechanisms.

But what could be the solution to defy a pandemic spreading like wildfire crossing all boarders and affecting the whole world on every aspect.

As our world wakes up every day on new statistics and information about the covid-19 and its collateral damages, where casualties exceed expectations and economic implications get heavier, there may not be a more important mission than to immerse in raising awareness and to stress on the crucial role of social distancing and effective-cleaning, in addition to sterilization to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus, until a radical medical solution breaks through.

This was the main purpose of our collaboration with the UNICEF in their intensive campaign to raise awareness, not only about protective or preventive protocols, but also about other coronavirus-related social and psychological topics that surfaced due to the pandemic.

One of the priorities that the UNICEF focus on in their mission, is the importance of mental health for children, adolescents and adults, all to the same extent, without underestimating the social stigma issues related to the infection; which mostly prevents people from seeking help after noticing the symptoms. These key points and more details are all thoroughly discussed in the UNICEF’s issued “key Messaging Plan on Covid-19”, and our role is to help spread awareness through our partners in relief-work field to reach a large segment of society, and deliver the information needed to face the spread of the virus in this difficult time.
